The short version
This is a small, resident-run site for our building. We don't track you, run ads, use analytics, or sell or share anyone's information โ ever. There's no sign-up and no profile. The only information we keep is the bare minimum needed to run the community board, and it stays between neighbors. That's it.
What we don't do
- ๐ซ No ads, no advertising or marketing trackers.
- ๐ซ No analytics or tracking pixels โ we're not counting or following you around.
- ๐ซ No accounts, no profiles, no passwords to manage.
- ๐ซ We never sell, rent, or share your information with anyone.
What the community board does store
When you post to the board, we save your category, title, message, and the name you type (you can leave it as "A neighbor"). Those posts are visible to other residents who have the building passcode. We also keep a one-way scrambled fingerprint of your connection โ not your actual address โ used only to slow down spam, never to identify you. This lives in the site's database (Cloudflare D1) and nowhere else.
Cookies
One cookie, and it's purely functional: after you enter the building passcode, a cookie remembers that so you're not asked again every visit. It holds no personal info and isn't used for tracking. No advertising or third-party cookies are set.
Things the page loads from elsewhere
Like most websites, a few pieces come from other companies: the site is hosted on Cloudflare (which keeps standard server logs for security, as any host does), it loads Google Fonts and a styling library from their networks, and the home page embeds a Google Map. When those load, those providers receive normal request information (like your IP address) โ that's just how the web works. We don't hand them anything extra, and there are no social-media or ad widgets.
Emailing us
The contact buttons open your own email app โ your message goes straight to the person (Erin, or Allie for leasing). Nothing is collected by this site in between.
Want something removed?
Want a post taken down, or any information about you removed? Just ask Erin in Unit C and it's done. Since this is a neighborly, resident-run site (not official property management), please keep lease, rent, and repair matters with official management.
